When investing in the markets, you will find many stock market tips being offered. These may be stock tips given through brokers who are looking to make a commission by executing a trade. With a little bit of knowledge, you too could be investing in the stock market today. You will have heard many terminologies being used like technical analysis, fundamental analysis, technical indicators, and so on. Do not let these deter you from getting involved in the stock market.

Technical analysis is a method of evaluating securities by looking at the statistics they generated while being on the market. Typically, past prices and volumes are analyzed to identify patterns that may show future activity. This method believes that by looking at past prices and trends, they could indicate future performances as well. Support and resistance analysis is an important part of trends. This is because trading decisions will be based on where a trend is reversing. These support and resistance levels are carefully watched by technical analysts as they confirm and test trends. These stock market tips could save you money when you are stock picking.

Fundamental analysis mainly involves looking at revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities of a company. This is done to get an insight of the company’s future performance. Another part of fundamental analysis includes looking at the company’s management. Its business model, the market share, industry growth, and competition are some areas analyzed. These are very important things to look into if you intend to invest in a company.

Some investors even ask what the company does or how the sector is performing, as this will say a lot about the future scope of the company they might be investing in. Financial statements are equally important to study before you invest. You would not want to place your hard earned cash into a company, only to see it go bankrupt a few months later.

Learn how to perform chart analysis and how to use tools such as the candlestick charts. These will help you identify where a stock may reverse its trend, allowing you to buy early or get out before things decline too far. There are many more stock market tips that you can learn about if you just take the time to do research.

6 Ways to Make a Video Go Viral

Everyone has seen the almost overnight success of a viral video, but are they really overnight successes? What really happens to videos to make them go viral in a short amount of time? If you want your videos to be successful and even go viral, you need to know that most viral videos do not find success as soon as they are put online. There are a few things you can do to increase the chances of your video to go viral.

You need to push for your video to be seen. This does not mean just submitting it and sharing it with a few friends. You need to submit your video to many different sites that would be interested in its content. You need to send your video to friends of friends and anyone that you can think of. Those people need to be enticed to share your video, too. Your video has to be plastered all over social networking sites and forums to gain momentum.

Post your videos at the beginning of the week. Many people start watching online videos during the week when they are bored. They may do it at work, on the subway, or on a break. Your video needs to be seen throughout the week to gain views. If you post your video on the weekend when others post their videos, they might get lost in the mix. Anyway, many people are busy on the weekends and may not be spending as much time on the Internet.

Make sure your video is something that will interest people.Your video will find the most success if it touches them in the right way, if the video is funny, or if it shares something completely unbelievable and shocking. You do not want to offend your viewers, and you definitely will not gain viewers with obscure and uninteresting things. Make sure your video is interesting and polished before submitting it online.
Shorter videos will be watched more than longer videos. No one wants to sit through a video that is full of extra and unimportant scenes or minutes. People want to get right to the point. Edit your video if it is too long and take out anything unnecessary. The most viral videos are often very quick and short. Do not make your video a long and drawn out process.

Make sure your video has a catchy title. The title will be one of the first things that people see. If your title isn’t interesting, then people will not want to see your video. You can have the best video in the world, but if your title does not reflect that then no one will click to see it. Take your time to come up with a suitable title and ask friends for suggestions if you are stuck. A title that is short and to the point is often the best.

Do not be afraid of criticism. There may be people who do not like your video. Remember that the more people talk about your video, the more exposure it is getting. Let people talk and have their opinions, and do not respond to people who try to say hurtful things. Let the video speak for itself and keep it in the spotlight. You will not be able to please everyone, so let the negative aspects go and focus on the positive.
It may take several tries before your video gains momentum, but never give up and keep promoting your content. Eventually all of your hard work and planning will pay off, and you will get the recognition that you deserve.

Expat Living in the Philippines – Where is the Best Shopping?

First time immigrants and travelers to the Philippines are always pleasantly surprised by the quality shopping and bargain – hunting opportunities in the Philippines. From the northern island of Luzon to the southern island of Mindanao, quality shopping abounds and much at a bargain.

Filipinos love their shopping malls, in part due to the ever present hot and humid weather, particularly in the months of May to November, and of course in December due to Christmas. Shops in the Philippines get into the Christmas spirit as early as the beginning of October.

I have visited most of the malls in Manila, and all the malls in Cebu and Davao, as well as many of the specialty bargain shops in these cities. Below are listed where I consider one should go to find the best shopping in the Philippines

Shopping Malls – Manila

The SM Mall of Asia

This is the largest mall in all of the Philippines, even bigger than its sister mall, SM Megamall, and is the third largest mall in all the world in terms of gross floor area. There is even an indoor skating rink. This is a must for not only seeing all indigenous Philippine products under one roof, but also for a complete array of imported goods such as perfumes, clothing, jewelry, and electronic items, often a lower prices than in other countries. Visiting this mall is a must.

Makati Glorietta

This mall if for those looking for the best in signature designer goods, and at the best possible prices. It is located in the upscale and affluent Makati area, which is the financial capital of the Philippines, nearby all the upscale hotels. This is definitely the affluent and hip-hop shopping area of the country.

Greenhills Shopping Center

This is my favorite Manila mall for bargain shopping. It is famous for bargain furniture, clothes, automotive, electronics and computer items.

It is located. It is located in the Greenhills area of Manila, nearby the Shangri La hotel and the Holiday Inn Galleria Hotel.

168 Shopping Mall

For the really adventurous shopper, the real bargain hunter, this is your place. It is only for the daring shopper. It is full of air conditioned stalls, but it is located in a dirty and polluted environment in Divisoria, and is referred to as the “bargainville of Manila”. Items like RTW are 40% to 50% cheaper than the identical items sold in the Greenhills and other malls.

Mananzan Handicraft Shop

This is not a mall, but I have to include it any shoppers list, as this is the place to go for Philippine handicrafts and souvenirs. They are at very reasonable prices and you are never pressured or pestered to buy. Visiting here is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Shopping Mall – North Luzon

Subic Port

If you are in North Luzon, this is the place to shop. It is the best in duty free shopping. It has great bargains for products coming from the USA, Europe and Asia. Subic was a former US Naval base which has been turned into a Free Trade Zone.

Shopping Mall – Cebu City

Ayala Mall

As close as you can get to Manila shopping, this relatively new mall if full of local Visayan handicraft bargains as well as the latest fashions from the USA, Europe and Asia. It is the upscale area of Cebu City, near the Cebu Waterfront, the Shangri La, and the Marriott hotels. Big, yet comfortable, with lots of good restaurants and easy to get around. One of my favorites.

Shopping Malls – Davao City

New City Commercial Center Mall

This is a newly established shopping mall, stocked with all the latest goods, both domestic and imported. However, Malls in Davao do not have all the upscale designer label, signature type goods you find in Manila.

SM Shoemart Mall

SM Shoemart is a national chain of high quality shopping malls. There are many SM Shoemart stores in Manila, but in Cebu and Davao they have been expanded into complete shopping malls. You can find the best in both soft goods, such as clothing, and in hard goods such as electronics and furniture.

Victoria Plaza Mall

Victoria Plaza is a shopping center with only two floors, yet its floor space is large and it is reputed to be Mindanao’s biggest shopping center. It has all the shops and services one would expect in a large mall, to include airline and shipping ticketing offices, a supermarket, a department store, food shops, boutiques and restaurants, jewelry shops, a business center and movie theaters.
